We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover). As well as Apple Pay.
All sales are final. We accept returns for exchanges & for items damaged in transit.
WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. Send us an email at thurlroots@gmail.com along with pictures of the defective or damaged item. We will inform you whether or not your exchange was accepted. Then we will instruct you how to send back your damaged item; We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item when your return is received and inspected. Your replacement will be processed if you are approved.
